TTC supports African Pride’s sale after eight years of working together

Since 2017, TTC has been providing African Pride with support in several areas, from management buyouts to regulatory and finance team support and, most recently, it’s acquisition process.

Long-term regulatory and finance support

Work originally started with owners Liz and David when they were embarking on a management buyout process. TTC supported them through the complex ATOL, ABTA, and IATA regulatory requirements to ensure the business transfer was a seamless process.

Shortly after this, we began supporting the team by delivering an efficient and effective outsourced finance function that helped them manage vital day-to-day business functions while supporting their long-term strategic planning.

Supporting African Pride’s journey with a successful sale to First Class Holidays

In 2024, Liz and David asked for our support in their ownership transition to First Class Holidays. During the sale process, we helped by:

Preparing the business for sale
Crafting an Information Memorandum
Collaborating with legal teams on Heads of Terms
Setting up a data room for buyer due diligence
Filtering questions to keep Liz and David focused on daily operations
Managing negotiations through to completion – including CAA change of control formalities
