Since 2017, TTC has been providing African Pride with support in several areas, from management buyouts to regulatory and finance team support and, most recently, it’s acquisition process.
Work originally started with owners Liz and David when they were embarking on a management buyout process. TTC supported them through the complex ATOL, ABTA, and IATA regulatory requirements to ensure the business transfer was a seamless process.
Shortly after this, we began supporting the team by delivering an efficient and effective outsourced finance function that helped them manage vital day-to-day business functions while supporting their long-term strategic planning.
