Changes to APC returns
From January 2025, the CAA is rolling out staged updates to APC returns. Here’s how these changes affect you:
Monthly standard ATOL reporters:
For the month ending 31 January 2025 onwards, you must provide:
- A monthly breakdown of forward passenger bookings detailing figures for each of the next 12 months individually.
- The total number of forward passenger bookings scheduled to depart from month 13 onward.
Quarterly standard ATOL reporters:
For the quarter ending 30 June 2025 onwards, you must provide:
- A quarterly breakdown of forward passenger bookings detailing figures for each of the next 12 months.
- The total number of forward passenger bookings scheduled to depart from month 13 onward.
Quarterly SBA reporters:
For the quarter ending 30 June 2025 onwards, you must provide:
- The total number of forward passenger bookings for all departures scheduled to depart after the end of the reporting period.

A note on March 2025 renewals
