Employee Ownership Trusts are fast becoming a viable and attractive route for business owners to realise value and plan their exit – an option recently chosen by the team at Attraction Tickets.

Attraction Tickets is an award-winning provider of tickets and hotel packages for major global attractions and theme parks, specialising in Florida and Orlando. With this move, they’ve also become the largest UK travel company in history to transition to employee ownership.

The newly established EOT will oversee the business for the long-term benefit of employees, ensuring the company’s future is firmly in the hands of those who help shape it every day.

We loved being part of this milestone transaction, and thoroughly enjoyed working with Olly, Matt and Joe. We’re over the moon that they have completed the process and wish the entire team all the best for the future.

Martin and Sarah at TTC were great to work with on the employee ownership transaction. They quickly understood the business and our revenue recognition policy and provided pragmatic, independent, and valuable advice throughout the process. We are all thrilled with the outcome.

Oliver Brendon, CEO and Founder, Attraction Tickets

If you’d like to know more about EOTs, we covered them on one of our TTC Insights Travelcasts. You can rewatch TTC’s Martin and Sarah in the clip below.
