Following record trading months in January and February, this week, Travel Counsellors completed its acquisition of Holidaysplease, a UK homeworking firm.
We were proud to support Travel Counsellors through the regulatory aspects of the deal, working alongside Springboard Corporate Finance and Hill Dickinson.
The deal is a feel-good story for the travel industry, showing confidence in the sector has returned.
