Alexandra is a finance professional who found her way into the travel sector through The TTC Group, bringing years of experience in construction, property development, and lettings, as well as a decade of running her own finance business supporting a range of clients. Her practical approach and wide-ranging background make her a steady hand in an ever-changing industry.
Business Consultant
Alison is part of TTC’s regulatory team. Her role focuses on helping companies meet their regulatory requirements, and she’s a pro at getting clients through their ABTA and ATOL applications. Alison has bags of experience dealing with regulators, so she knows what they expect.
Marketing and Events Executive
Eleanor joined TTC in May 2021, taking up the marketing assistant role as part of an apprenticeship scheme. She knows the travel industry well, having previously worked as a sales advisor for a travel business and in ABTA’s customer advice department.

Elena is a seasoned finance professional with seven years of experience in the travel sector. She joined TTC to help travel businesses navigate the often complex world of financial and regulatory compliance, bringing both expertise and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Jade has bags of hands-on finance experience having held senior finance positions in several businesses ranging from startups to public listed companies.
Business Consultant and Sustainability Coordinator
Jonelle is a chartered accountant who joined TTC in May 2022. Before TTC, Jonelle worked in the renewable energy and infrastructure industry, where she completed her ACA training. However, she wanted to combine her finance expertise with her love of travel which led her to join our team.
Stonecot Trustees Account Manager
Laura is part of TTC’s sister organisation Stonecot Trustees, where she manages client payment requests, keeps the databases and documentation up to date, and liaises with clients and industry partners.
Executive Assistant
Lowry joined the TTC team in April 2024, stepping into the newly created role of Executive Assistant. Having worked adjacent to the travel industry for a few years, she thought it was time to dive into the sector.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Lucy joined TTC in March 2020. She leads the marketing strategy, which has so far involved a re-brand, new website and launch of the inaugural TTC Insights Travelcast.

Manuela is part of TTC’s sister organisation Stonecot Trustees, where she supports and manages the team that provides trust account services.

Michael joined as Group CFO in December 2023, leading the financial operations of Travel Trade Consultancy, The Travel Vault and Stonecot Trustees, as well as supporting clients in areas such as M&A and strategy.

Millie joined Stonecot Trustees, TTC’s sister organisation in February 2025, bringing a keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation. She helps the team by managing client payment requests, maintaining internal records and assisting with onboarding new clients.
The Travel Vault Client Relations Executive
Rosh is part of TTC’s sister organisation, The Travel Vault, where she supports clients with their queries, insurance applications, licence renewals, and bonding.
Data Analyst and Stonecot Trustees Trust Auditor
Ross is a Data Analyst at TTC and part of our sister organisation, Stonecot Trustees as a Trust Auditor. Ross oversees a portfolio of travel trust accounts, manages client payment requests and maintains internal records.
Financial Modelling Analyst
Sam joined TTC as a Financial Modelling Analyst in September 2025, coming from a background in finance and accounting. Before joining the team, he built his expertise in financial planning and analysis, where he developed a sharp eye for patterns and precision, skills that now helps him turn complex information into clear, actionable insights for the travel sector.

Sarah joined TTC from Virgin Holidays’ commercial strategy team in May 2020. She supports our clients and their finance teams with scenario forecasting, M&A, equity/debt raising and strategic decision making.
