Ross Leavers
Data Analyst and Stonecot Trustees Trust Auditor
Ross is a data analyst at TTC and part of our sister organisation, Stonecot Trustees. Ross oversees a portfolio of travel trust accounts, manages client payment requests and maintains internal records.
Before joining TTC and Stonecot Trustees, Ross spent 25 years at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), so he has bags of experience working with travel businesses. For the past six years, Ross has worked in ATOL compliance, helping to protect consumers by ensuring companies traded compliantly with legislation. He also spent twelve years in ATOL crisis management, handling the repatriation and refunding of consumers when ATOL holders ceased trading. Memorable moments include working on the significant failures of XL, Monarch and Thomas Cook.
When Ross is at home, he enjoys sitting back with a cryptic crossword after walking his pet sausage dog Einstein (which is a nod to his favourite film, Back to the Future).
