TTC speaks to TTG about ATOL renewals

If you are renewing your ATOL next month, you only have a few weeks left to submit your application. Ahead of the 30 September deadline, we spoke to TTG’s Rob Gill about what we’re seeing when submitting renewals for our clients.

TTC director Martin Alcock told TTG that, “over the past year, we’ve seen more and more ATOL holders forced into these arrangements [the use of trust and escrow accounts]. We expect to see more of these demands as the renewal unfolds.”

Martin added that the CAA was asking for “lots more information from applicants, as they did in March, which makes the renewal process more painful”.
