There has been a resurrection of M&A activity in the travel industry lately. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to support Destination Sport with its simultaneous acquisitions of The Mike Burton Group and Sportsworld.
The Mike Burton Group is a leader in the sports travel and fan experience sector, while Sportworld specialises in the design and delivery of international hospitality and travel programmes for sponsors, corporations, spectators and governing bodies at major international events such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League and The Championships, Wimbledon.
We supported Destination Sport with regulatory clearances on The Mike Burton Group and Sportsworld.
